Wilderness Exchange Unlimited, Denver’s premier independent outdoor gear shop and online retailer, is now hiring for the following full-time position:
F/T Sales Associate
People shop with us because we are an independent outdoor gear shop that provides expertise, great selection, and of course, the amazing deals that we're known for. As a Sales Associate, you are carrying out this mission with every customer interaction.
Job Requirements:
1) You must love to sell and interact with people. A sales background is a must, preferably in an outdoor retail shop.
2) Extensive outdoor experience and product knowledge in rock climbing and backcountry skiing is mandatory. Passion for outdoor adventure sports is at the fiber of our mission.
3) You must have the ability to multi-task. On a standard day, you may find yourself fitting a rock shoe, picking a web order, and answering the phone- sometimes all at the same time.
